Pork tenderloin and apple go very well together. You don't have a slowcooker in your house? No worries! You can also bake the tenderloin with apple pieces in a skillet in some coconut oil or ghee butter. This too is very convenient and tasty.

Make a few cuts from above in the tenderloin.
Place 1-2 slices of apple in every cut.
Place the remaining apple slices on the bottom of the Crock-Pot and drizzle with two tablespoons of honey.
Place the tenderloin on the apple and drizzle with the rest of the honey and cinnamon.
Put the lid on the pan and cook for 4-5 hours on the low setting.
