White wine vinegar
Celtic sea salt
Cut the tomato into thick slices.
Cut half of the cherry tomatoes into slices and the other half in half.
Cut the red onion into super thin half rings. (or use a mandolin for this)
Cut the avocado into 6 parts.
Spread the tomatoes on a plate, place the avocado on top and sprinkle the red onion over it.
Sprinkle fresh oregano on the salad to taste.
Drizzle olive oil and vinegar on the salad with a pinch of salt.
