Clean the carrots and cut into small cubes of 0.5 cm, clean the shallots and cut into quarters.

Press the garlic.

Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic in 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the shallots, bacon and carrots and fry for 10 minutes.

Add the paprika powder and fry for 2 more minutes.

Heat a grill pan over medium heat and grill the turkey fillets with a pinch of pepper.

Add the leaf spinach to the shallot-carrot mixture and cook for 2 minutes until the spinach has shrunk.
