Cook the sweet potato until cooked..
Cut the peppers into pieces.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Put the grated carrots, sweet potato, almond flour and spices in the food processor and mix
Turn the mixture into balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper
Bake for about 15 minutes. Turn the balls over carefully halfway.
Allow the balls to cool briefly and place them in a salad leaf together with a handful of bell pepper.
