When it's warm it's important to drink enough. And sometimes you yearn for something more than water. Try this refreshing drink for once. Just eating a watermelon in the summer is nice but how about turning it into this luscious drink. Delicious, thirst-quenching and sweet. We all know that we should drink a lot and that water should take pride of place but every now and again you're allowed to induldge and this drink fits the bill.
Squeeze the lime and put the juice into the blender.
Add the watermelon and coconut water and mix until the watermeloen has liquidized.
Put a few ice cubes in a glass and top up with the watermelon-lime drink.
