Put the onion, pepper, garlic and ginger in a food processor and grind finely.

Add the olive oil while operating the processor.

Rinse the chicken from the inside and outside well under the cold tap it dry with a paper towel.

Pour the mixture over the chicken, rub it in well and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours
