Chicken breast (in cubes)

Garlic (finely chopped.)

Heat the oil in a pan, glaze the oinion, add the garlic and fry for 1 minute.
Put the onion and garlic mixture together with the remaining ingredients (except for the coconut milk) in the slow cooker.
Switch the slow cooker to its highest setting and cook for 3 hours (or for 6 hours using the lowest setting).
Add the coconut milk and reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
Adjust the seasoning and serve warm.
