Cut the onion, cherry tomatoes and bell pepper.

Rinse the kidney beans and corn with cold water and drain in a colander.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Heat a dash of olive oil and fry the onion in it. Then add the (vegetarian) minced meat and fry for about 4 minutes. Shovel regularly

Now add the cherry tomatoes, bell pepper and herbs. Do you use vegan minced meat? Then you can add a splash of water so that the herbs can bake.

Now add ⅓ of the tomato paste to the vegetable mixture and heat with it. Finally, add the kidney beans and corn to the mixture and also heat them.

Now cover the wraps one by one with a layer of Crème fraîche and some grated cheese. Spoon the mixture over this and roll up the wrap. Then do this with all wraps. Keep some cheese aside to sprinkle over the wraps.

Finally, spread the wraps with the remaining tomato paste and sprinkle the cheese on top.

Now put in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. The wraps are good when the cheese has melted! Serve with the remaining Crème fraîche.
