Cut the cauliflower into florets and cook in plenty of water for about 4 minutes until al dente. There may be another bite on it. Drain the cauliflower and drain.

Cook the Mie according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, cut the spring onion, crab and smoked salmon.

Heat a tablespoon of (coconut) oil in a (wok) pan and fry the cauliflower in it.

Add the cooked noodles, salmon and crab and season with the sambal and soy sauce. Let it warm well.

Serve with the dish with the spring onion. Easy does it!
