Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Cook the Brussels sprouts until al dente for about 2 minutes, they will continue to cook in the oven.

Mix the Brussels sprouts with the sun-dried tomatoes and the mackerel.

Grease the springform tin or cover with baking paper and then with the dough. Divide the sprouts mixture over the bottom, then top with the pepper strips.
