Mash the banana and grate the zucchini coarsely.

Put the oatmeal together with the water or almond milk in a pan. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. When the oatmeal starts to simmer, add the mashed banana and grated zucchini.

Stir well and add some water if the oatmeal gets too dry.

Serve the oatmeal with the toppings.
