Make zoodles of the zucchinis.
Finely chop the garlic.
Remove the seeds from the red pepper and cut the pepper into thin strips.
Heat a pan over high heat and add all ingredients (including the zoodles).
Fry on high heat for 2 minutes while stirring well.
