Zucchini salad with lemon chicken

Use a meat hammer or a heavy pan to make the chicken fillets as thin as possible.

Put the fillets in a dish.

Squeeze the lemon over the chicken and add the olive oil. Cover it and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until cooked and browned.
