Clean the zucchinis and cut into thin slices.
Heat a grill pan.
Coat the zucchini slices on both sides with a bit of oil and grill them.
Take out off the pan and let them cool down slightly.
Drain the tuna and put into a small bowl.
Finely chop the capers, dice the apple and add to the tuna.
Add the coconut yogurt and a pinch of pepper to the tuna. Mix well.
Place a thin layer of tuna salad over a zucchini slice and put another slice on top.
